At Webtana we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, and password (encrypted) when you register or sign in, including via Google or Facebook.

Store data: store name, products, inventory, orders, settings, and files you upload.

Your customers' data: contact and order details your shoppers submit to your store; you are the controller of that data and Webtana acts as a processor on your behalf.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and cookies or local storage needed for the service to work.

How we use data

To create and run your store and dashboard, keep you signed in, process subscription payments, provide support, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data.

Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences. You'll see a cookie notice the first time and can choose essential-only.

Providers that help us

We share data only with providers needed to operate: payment gateway (Stripe), infrastructure/hosting, and, when you enable them, email and SMS delivery. Each processes data under its own policies.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We apply technical safeguards (password hashing, restricted access).

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data and close your account. Email sales@webtana.com to exercise them.
