The service

Webtana lets you create an online store and an installable app, take WhatsApp orders, accept payments, and manage inventory and orders from one dashboard.

Account

You're responsible for your account information and your store's activity. Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.

Pricing and billing

The first 1,000 merchants get 3 months free; afterward there's a 14-day trial and then US$20 per month.

The subscription is billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment gateway. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Webtana for illegal activity, fraud, prohibited goods, or to compromise the security of the platform or third parties.

Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or for non-payment. You can cancel your account anytime from your dashboard.

Your content

Your products, brand, and data are yours. You grant us permission to host and display them to operate your store.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Webtana is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.
